Odoo Boss Dashboard is an independent mobile client that connects directly to an Odoo server selected by the user. This policy explains how information is handled when the app is used.

3. Information Handled by the App

To provide its features, the app processes the Odoo server address, database name, username, password, company selection, and business information returned by that server. Depending on the user's Odoo permissions, this may include POS orders, sales, payments, accounting journals, employees, products, and inventory information.

4. Purpose of Processing

This information is used only to authenticate with the selected Odoo server, display dashboards and reports, switch between authorized companies, and export files requested by the user.

5. Storage and Data Transfers

Credentials are stored locally in the Apple Keychain. App preferences may be stored on the device. Business data is exchanged directly between the app and the Odoo server selected by the user. Infone Express does not operate an intermediary data service and does not receive, sell, rent, track, or share the user's credentials or Odoo business data.

Exported Excel or CSV reports are saved or shared only when the user requests an export and chooses a destination through the operating system.

6. Tracking, Analytics, and Advertising

The app contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking. The app does not use data for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

7. Security

HTTPS should be used for Odoo servers accessible over the Internet. The app also supports HTTP endpoints because some organizations operate Odoo within a controlled local network. Security and retention of data on the selected Odoo server are governed by that server's operator.

8. Legal Basis and User Rights

Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on performance of the service requested by the user and the legitimate interest in operating the app securely. Users may exercise access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability rights through their organization's Odoo administrator or by contacting us.

9. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children under 16.

10. User Choices

Users can sign out to clear the active session and may remove the app to delete locally stored app data. Odoo account and business data must be managed with the administrator of the user's Odoo server.
